[Aging and Deterioration]
M&Ms license plate bolts and valve caps are finished with paint.
Please understand that discoloration, fading, gloss loss, and deterioration of the coating may occur over time when the product is installed on the bike body.
*Gravel, sand, and rain may accelerate the aging process.

[Early Deterioration]
M&Ms license plate bolts and valve caps are subjected to durability testing and aging/degradation checks for “installation on motorcycles” and “indoor parking lot storage”.
The following will accelerate the deterioration of the paint and coatings.
Please refrain from using the product in such environments, or use it with the expectation that it will deteriorate over time.

Outdoor storage (storage in the rain or sunlight will lead to premature deterioration.)
Installation and use on bikes susceptible to rain, sand, and gravel, or installation on the front license plate
Prolonged riding under intense sunlight.

[Durability of paint and body]
Due to the nature of the resin, the surface coating may have a slight tendency to lift slightly.
The color of the product may slightly differ from the color of the image shown on the website due to the preparation of the paint each time.

[Neon colors]
M&Ms neon colors are made from special American paints for their high color quality.
They can express pop colors that cannot be achieved with Japanese paints, but their durability and weather resistance are inferior to that of Japanese paints.
Please understand this before purchase.

[Installation notes]
This product has bolts embedded in the resin body.Excessive tightening may damage the bolt joints and the main unit.
In the case of a thin part of the molding or a multi-piece structure, holding the connecting parts when tightening may damage the resin.Be sure to hold the thick resin “body” and tighten the nut.
Some models may not be able to be installed due to the long bolts.(For Vespa) It will take a little time, but we can make it in the size of the desired bolt size, so please let us know.
May not be used in combination with a license plate cover.
Installation on cars requires tightening with nuts.

What is Hannya?
The Hannya is a vengeful spirit born of a woman who has been transformed by jealousy and resentment taken to the extreme. This is expressed in the face of the Hannya mask.
It has two horns painted with gold on the forehead.Its hair is disheveled, beneath the furrowed brow it has golden eyes that represent transformation, and a pair of fangs peeking out from the corners of its raised mouth, to show that it bears a strong grudge.
The upper half, around the eyes, is said to represent deep sorrow, while the lower half represents intense anger, expressing the duality of a woman who experiences both sorrow and anger, or the expression of a woman who had no choice but to transform.
In order to express anger escalating the Hannya turns from white to red to black, and then finally into blue, which represents turning over completely into a monster.The lineup includes these 4 colors as well as an ink version that shows off M&Ms scultping.

The Sculpture: Ink Hannya
The deep feelings behind the Hannya are fully expressed.
The hair in disarray, the corners of the mouth exquisitely pulled up, and the furious furrow between the eyebrows.
The Ink Hannya, which uses only shades of black and white will let you enjoy the beauty of its form.

Bakemono “Yoma, Blue Hannya”
The aspect of a woman whose jealousy and resentment have been raised to the utmost limit, and who has changed into a grudge spirit.
Her deep sorrow and rage can change her color as a ghost that turns her into a demon.

The Ogre “Oni Shin, Black Hannya”
At the culmination of anger, transforming into a demonic woman of Mutsu, expressing strength as the black Hannya.
The hatred that peeks out from her disheveled hair.They turn black and become Noh masks with a devilish expression.

The Angry “Rage, Red Hannya”
The deep sadness finally brought the most anger to the surface, the dark flesh-colored Noh mask of Hannya.
The strong anger of these Noh masks was created in the process of the development of chanting, in order to show the change from a woman in transition to a woman who becomes incarnate through her anger.

The Noble “Kouki, Shiro Hannya”
A woman who endures grief patiently becomes Hannya through a mud eye and a bridge princess.
In spite of her strong hatred, she still retains the dignity of a courtesan.

As a travel charm
The attributes of the Hannya are “anger”, “resentment”, and “jealousy”, which are not good things, but in Japan, the expression of anger has been believed to “keep evil away” since ancient times and this is why the Hannya mask is used for decorations.
M&Ms has modeled this license plate bolt after this custom as a “good luck charm” to keep evil (accidents) away from those who travel by iron horse (motorcycle).
